COACH Outlet — Local services in Jefferson

Worst experience in any store my family has ever been to. If you are a minority be careful the workers/staff are racist. My family/ friends from Costa Rica came to Georgia (atl) to visit with us and see a concert on Friday. Today Saturday they decided they would do some shopping in commerce which they frequently do when they come to America. From the moment they stepped into Coach they felt unwelcomed the staff was rude and kept giving them weird stares. None of them of them were dressed poorly or loud or obnoxious they are all grown men in their 40s who were shopping for themselves and their wives back home. The only thing that made them different from the workers were they are Latino and all speaking Spanish. They were accused of trying to steal a shirt at the store and kicked out. They didn’t try to do anything strange with a shirt they didn’t try to walk out with anything that wasn’t already purchased. All they did was pick up things look at them and put them back are show each other. One of the men being my own father I couldn’t believe this happened when he told me. My father has lived here in the US since I was born he is an American citizen a hard working man who has money. His friends while they are from another country just like him but visiting all can afford the shirt they were being accused of trying to steal. (Again all workers and have money ; literally on a trip just to see a concert and shop) Unfortunately my father did not get the names of the workers in this store but I will be sure to mop the floor with them once I’m done contacting every higher up I can find. The display of discrimination is disgusting and disgraceful. Knowing my father and his friends/ family never did anything wrong in that store today but to be treated differently just because they aren’t white and from here is terrible. I wish I had been there because I would’ve been sure to record the incident but since I’m a fake blonde with extensions they probably wouldn’t of said anything had I been there with them. Wish I could give this store 0 stars for the trauma they have put my family through. Considering they didn’t call the cops or find anything actually stolen tells me right there they just wanted them out...

Friday April 2, 2021 my wife and I visited the store with our 3, soon to be 4yr old daughter. Man was that a crazy 🤪 time !!

Lol..And wouldn't you know it, Coach just launched the Disney handbags, wallets, etc

My DAUGHTER went crazy 🤪😜 when she seen Princess 👸 Belle and Cinderella (Princess Tiana was sold out)...I knew I was in trouble now...😪

After 30 minutes of making deals and promises we finally left... And then came Saturday. Lol 😆

So in the morning Saturday April 3, 2021.....after we (the BOSS and I 😳) discussed our daughters upcoming birthday we decided to pick up the Disney collection for her (I was truly OUT VOTED 🤣🤣).... so my wife and I called 📞 Coach and spoke with the STORE MANAGER about the Disney items...thank goodness 😳 amazing 👏 people are still around.... We were able to drive from Gaffney back to Commerence, Georgia to pick them up for our daughter.

Of course, it is very easy to review a Coach bag. The quality of the accessory speaks for itself! It is the standard in the industry. Furthermore, when one can get the accessory at such a great price by virtue of it being sold from an outlet store, the joy of Purchase gets just a little sweeter! There is only one way to exceed that standard, and it is when the personnel at the store are committed, with excitement, to the quality of their product and to making a visit from customers an extraordinary experience. The employees did that today for me: Kiki, Kay, Alexa, and Amy. The joy they brought to my experience today is Inestimable. They are excited about what they do, and clearly they love their customers!
