Chrissys Nail — Local services in Jena

I’ve been to this salon several times over the last 5 years, but couldn’t go through the rest of my day without giving my review. I took my daughter to get our nails done for a girls day. She’s 4 and is very active. Andi did an amazing job keeping my kiddo busy while also doing a phenomenal pedicure. He was so polite with her and offered water, candy, and to even wash her feet too. Tori, the current apprentice, painted her nails and did a wonderful job with her as well. Tori did my nails also and was extremely pleased with my turn out. She’s very light handed, bubbly, and genuinely so sweet and great at what she’s doing!! To rate my experience today would be an easy 10/10 but I don’t want to undermine their work, they deserve 11/10!!! The price was incredibly...

It's nothing special. Average nails and average service, I suppose. You'll have 2-3 people work on your nails before you leave. Some of the employees work quicker than others. They're actually slightly pricey, considering location and lack of services provided. I only go here out of convince. If they're busy, expect to wait a long time. Theyll actually start on your nails and then leave you wait for 30+ mins just so they know you cannot get up and walk out with unfinished nails. Some of them are pretty kind, but some of the employees are just kind of cold and distant. Again, its convenient, but thats probably the best thing this place has...

Don't go here if they're busy!!! A few months ago, I got a perfect pedicure here. Polish stayed on for a long time. Today, I took my daughter & they were really busy. She got a pedicure & manicure. They didn't even soak her hands or do cuticle removal for the manicure. The polish was caked on & they put her under the UV light and it wasn't even working. The polish was so thick & wasn't able to dry properly so her nails are smudging. I'm going to have to remove it and redo them myself for her homecoming dance.
