My husband called to see if they had a certain model phone in stock. Jerrod confirmed they did, so I drove 1 hour to the store after I got off to purchase the phone. I started calling while I was on my way at 6:05 to let them know I was coming and confirm again that the phone was in stock. The call kept going to a voicemail.
Once I get to the store Jerrod informs me that it was out of stock and he never even checked when my husband called earlier because he thought they had one in stock. I wasted 2 hours of my time and gas driving there and back after getting off of work all day and couldn't even get the phone.

There were two new employees this time. One was a tiny person, the other one was heavy weighted girl and waited on me. Couldnāt get her name as she did not have a name badge on. She had very rude disrespectful demeanor. She did a poor job putting protector on. I will have to buy another one now. She also commented on how she knew how pretty she was š¤·āāļø. This is the second time they say that they canāt do something and I come home and call AT&T and they do it over the phone in less than 10 min. The person on the phone states that the locations have customer service reps that only want to make commission thatās why they say they canāt do it.
