I Shop for All of my Auto Parts at Store # 5132 in Jena, Louisiana. The Entire Staff is Very Kind and ready to Help Me Find or Order Any part that I need. I was recently(Wed Sept 23) in O'Reilly #5132 and I was waited on By Stephanie. I thought I was needing a Battery for my Daughter's 2018 Nissan Altima but I wasn't sure. As soon as I arrived, Stephanie got a Battery Tester, Went out to the car and checked my battery. It was very Old and worn out. She then suggested 2-3 different batteries(with different prices) that would fit my daughter's car. Once I decided on the battery, Stephanie then proceeded to remove the old battery and install the New One in the car right in the Parking lot. My daughter's car Started Right Up, just like New. There was No Extra Charge for the battery installation. Stephanie went Over and Above the Call to make sure that I was Satisfied with my battery purchase. It was a Great Experience for me to find this kind of Customer Service. The store Manager is Cory and he also is One of the Best at Customer Service and Satisfaction. Had to replace an alternator for the second time in a week. Purchased one from another parts house 3 days earlier and it only lasted a day. When i picked this one up the young man tested it twice for me before i left. Got it on the car and it is still doing good. Comes with a lifetime warranty for the same price i paid next door. The guys here really try to help and are not afraid to dig around to find what you are looking...

The Oriellys in Jena is top notch. Cory The store manager goes above and beyond for his customers. I have never had a bad experience in the store, Dylan, Darren and Todd have been awesome to me. I will never use another auto parts store. Thank you guys for knowing what customer service...
