Farmers Insurance - Craig Bowman — Local services in Jenks

DO NOT USE CRAIG BOWMAN FARMERS INSURANCE COMPANY!!!! I was loyal to this company for 15 years & a year or so ago, Craig Bowman hired Caitlin that works for him & it has been absolutely awful to deal with ever since. Phone calls are not returned, payments are constantly changing & the attitude that comes from her & Craig (when you can even get ahold of them) when you have questions about your constantly changing bill makes you feel even worse. TRUST ME, if you work hard for your money & care about doing good business, DO NOT GO WITH CRAIG BOWMAN AGENCY. Trying to keep up with this insurance was a full time job & they STILL never made it right. After a year of this insurance company being terrible to work with, I finally decided to go with Blackie Gibson State Farm insurance & they have been wonderful. There was so much that went wrong with Craig Bowman Agency over a period of a year, I don’t have enough room to write. The lack of responsibility taken for the mistakes made on their behalf is a shame. Last Wednesday, I was finally able to speak with Craig & he told me he was going to get everything sorted out for me & make things right for me because I was sent to collections & had no idea I had an unpaid balance. They never sent me an email or gave me a phone call or anything. I would have paid my insurance if I would have known I owed but I had no idea. I even sent two texts asking if I owed anymore money. Today is Monday & he never called me back. I am the one that called him & he wasn’t even in the office. His company has gone wayyy downhill & sadly, it didn’t used to be like this. I am now reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully others don’t go through what I went through. Save yourself the mental stress & go with another...

Mr. Bowman is the 1st insurance agent (per recommendation from my in-laws that had been with him forever) I signed up with after getting my 1st car, and for over 9+ years. I will continue to use his services because he is professional as well as affable. Also I must add he is very involved with our community and is a big contribution to the wellbeing of our town.
