I took my daughter here. They have a very good variety of calendars - more than an average box store like Target, etc. Their board game selection is similarly larger and more diverse than an average stores and there were a handful of games I’d never seen before. Their toy selection is less expansive, but they have a great selection of squishy, plushy, fidgety, and generally tactile type toys. My daughter said her favorite part of the store was the fidget section. And I noted quite a few science kits and art kits that seemed to be of good quality.

But the thing that impressed me, and the reason I gave a five star review, was the kindness and warmness with which the owner (Allison) and the sales associate treated my little girl. I’ve read a few reviews here that were negative about customer service, but I can’t believe that’s true. The two ladies were so sweet to us, and even gave us a calendar (and a giant Taylor swift poster) for free because they said my daughter was so sweet and cute.

The first time we went to the mall, our daughter begged to go into the store and it was so organized. They had such variety and there was games and many different items for my husband and I to get for our house for family game night as well as toys for our kids, they recently did a Mother’s Day giveaway, and I was a winner of a basket which was full of many items and am very fortunate to have been selected. Don’t use ApplePay to pay if you want to return. They’ll try to tell you that’s not the same card and they won’t refund it. The girl at the front had to call the GM, Alison, like 3 or 4 times to process my return. I explained ApplePay shows a different last 4 for security. She said she’s never heard of that. Well I googled it right in front of her and sure enough found in my settings where it shows my card number and the ApplePay number it shows on your receipts. The 2 women working were SO rude,...
