The two salesperson on Tuesday evening was the rudest. We went to return the bags due to the long strings and the money will refund only with their store gift card. They won’t put back the refund to my bank. So, we exchanged the bags with nicer ones. They even shouted at my friends from the counter who are shopping for their bags. My friend were just simply shopping. And my another friend was talking to me about other things but the salesperson from the counter point finger at my friend and said “we are working on the cashier, so please”. We were shocked. It is like telling us to stop talking to each other because they cannot work on their cashier. That’s ridiculous. They even do not know how to work on their cashier and told us to quiet. We did not shop there to get humiliated. Very rude, not professional, we regretted deeply shopping there at the first place. They did not treat the shoppers as a person. I own a sales company. At first it appeared they did not have what I was seeking. But when I told the staff member what I needed- she promptly informed me might just have something.
She emereged from the stockroom with a few choices. They were both excellent and I purchased one of the bags. So refreshing to deal with a pro who knows their stock and didn’t just blow me off.
Pricing was more than reasonable and the ladies were great to interact with. Hope I didn't chat them to death!
