An absolute disaster of a store. I know the mall is new and everyone is getting used to things but the workers of this store are so horribly rude. I’ve been in twice thinking the first time maybe someone had an off day but nope, second time was even worse. The staff can’t answer simple questions about the store and when asked both times the manager happens to always be “on break”. Very convenient. When I finally was able to speak to the manager Rebecca she was even worse than the rest of the staff. This store needs serious training and new employees if they wanna last in town. All the excitement of a new mall is pointless with stores like this. Someone needs to make sure Rebecca is even qualified for her job or she needs to be replaced. Most definitely a bad experience bigger lady asked me if I’m looking for something specific answered yes and come back with employee who speak Spanish. The staff is very nice and hard working and that stems from the General Manager’s leadership. Rebecca cares very deeply about it her store and the people that work there. She’s passionate about the guests having a positive experience and making sure they find and love what they need!
