I have been a customer for about 18 years and 6 months but I will never return because Sai workers have the confidence to be very nasty and disrespectful to a senior citizen. I've given the information to the owner, Sai and instead of her really dealing with them she's constantly trying to appease me but they(workers) go back and do the same poor behavior. There's always an excuse, alibi and response instead of a correction! Just multiply the amount of money I spent. 18 1/2 years * 25.00 PLUS A in cash every other month. Doesn't even look like she tried. As someone that has VERY thin eyebrows, I only get them done 3 maybe 4 times a year if that. At one point Sai was my go to place when I first moved to Jersey City. First 2 times were good. Then it slowly started getting worse. I got them done TODAY 1/11/2019 and they look hideous. My brows are thin but they grow wild. I haven't gotten my eyebrows done in 4 months and when I did a thorough check when I got home I was almost in tears. She left a space between the top and bottom of my brow on one side. The place and service is good. They accept ONLY CASH payment. Some services are not in rounded numbers but they have change always. It’s mostly crowded, so if you are looking for a quick fix you have to head there earlier/in off peak hours. There’s waxing and couple of other services as well but the threading is good, waxing table/space wouldn’t be comfortable if you are used to premium places. Some women there are really good, some are in rush to finish up. This time my left eyebrow end there’s a gap, it’s going to take time to grow back, this has never happened before.
