We planned a 2 day trip to NYC and this was a great location for just this trip. The hotel is modern and the room had plenty of space that allowed us to stretch out and relax. The walls are a little thin so you do hear guests in the adjourning rooms as well as street noise from vehicles although it was mostly quiet after 11pm until the next morning. There is a full size refrigerator, stove & dishwasher along with cabinets however there is no dining room table to sit at but we ate over in the city. (one thing to note is there is no key card but you are given a 4 digit code to access the building & your room. However you do need to relock the door from the inside before leaving) There is no parking onsite but a few spots on the street directly in front of the hotel. I ended up parking in the garage about a block away ($30 per day). There are a few small shops to get some essential items and a Starbucks right at the entrance to the PATH station about a 3 minute walk from the hotel. We used the PATH train station to go over to NYC daily. There are 2 lines (1 that will take you right to the World Trade Center & 2nd line that will take you to 33rd street where you can pick up the NYC subway) Overall we had a good experience and we would recommend and probably stay here again if making a trip back to NYC.

Beautiful, impeccably clean suite for a stunningly reasonable price (at least for being so close to the PATH train to NYC and the main parts of JC!) - ~$165 for a large room with a king bed, a couch with a pullout mattress, mounted flat screen tv, large shower, and full kitchen (we mostly just used the bed but still!). When I say full kitchen I do mean *full* kitchen: a toaster, dishwasher, dishes, oven, utensils, glasses, pots and pans, and even a potato peeler. I have no idea why we would need these for an overnight stay but it made me want to stay longer to have a reason to. Seriously nicer than half the studio apartments in NYC I've lived in. The only cons were there was no actual desk to sit or eat at, and only two small garbage cans within a kitchen cabinet and the bathroom.

Can I leave no stars?I have to agree about lack of cleanliness, present construction and lack of parking. We stayed here this weekend, no place to even unload car. Room has a couch that is so dirty that we put a comforter over it as a “protective barrier”. Minimal kitchen utensils. There’s an oven but no cookie sheet or ovenware Ceiling in bathroom leaked.. When we asked to change rooms were told it was completely booked, but would be given a discount at check out. At check out were told that management wasn’t there and we would be contacted regarding discount. Well still waiting….This place was a gem 2 years ago when my mom stayed here. Now it’s run down due to lack of maintainence. They allow parties to go on with loud music and dancing until 4 am. We will not be coming back:(

On the 28th March 2023 we booked a 5-night stay. We booked a Queen Deluxe Suite for our family. We paid special attention to the amenities that came with this suite and was particularly impressed with the fact that the room came with a balcony, a tub in the bathroom and a fully fitted kitchenette. It was also advertised as being sound proof. We were given a room that was street level so there was no balcony just a small dank and dark outside space. The room had virtually no natural light so we always had to have the lights turned on. The room did not have a bath tub - just a wet room with a shower. The room was not soundproofed at all. As we were on the ground floor, we heard everyone leaving and entering the hotel, going up and down in the lift, as well as having conversations in the corridor and foyer at all times of the day and night. There was music playing constantly in the foyer which we had to ask to be turned off every evening in order for my son to be able to sleep. We could hear the noise of the traffic throughout the night. There was no safety deposit - so we had to carry our valuables with us all the time. The utensils, crockery, and cutlery provided in the kitchenette were appalling. The plates were mismatched, the knives and forks were sparse. There were no cooking/oven trays - plus no basic everyday kitchenware. It was abysmal. There was no dining table as advertised just a desk with one chair. Our son had to eat at the desk, and we had to eat on our laps. The following day, we reported our concerns to the front desk and were told that another room would be available the next day. We were told to pack our belongings and asked to wait for 3hrs. The room that we were offered was not a Queen Deluxe Studio but as we later discovered, a Standard Studio. It was much smaller, had a smaller sofa bed which would not have been appropriate for our teenage son. It was also in a state of disrepair - exposed wires and scuffed walls. We had no choice but to refuse the sub-standard room so then had to spend time again unpacking. When we were leaving, we expressed how disappointed we were with our stay and pointed out all of the above to the front desk. We also made it clear that we felt that no solutions had been offered to try and resolve our concerns. The reaction of the member of staff was 'lukewarm' disinterest. We wrote a very detailed email to the company describing our experience and they point blank refused to engage with us. We were very, very disappointed in the accommodation and the attitude of the staff and owner – we’re not sure if this is because they have an issue with either our gender or race. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU NOT TO BOOK A STAY...

Peachtree Suites came in sooo clutch!!!

Couldn’t be happier with our stay there.

Where do I start to describe the amazing experience we had here?!?!

We had originally booked a package with flights, rental car, and hotel package… but with a different hotel. But after a living nightmare of an experience we had with the other place… Peachtree Suites ended up being an oasis for the rest of our stay.

From the moment we drove up to the building, we knew this was the place we wanted to stay at.

We found plenty of parking in the street… never did we have to spend more than a minute or two, to find a spot… the area outside was hustling and bustling but everything felt very safe and welcoming.

When we went to check in, the gentleman at the front desk, made us feel as though we had just arrived at home. Greeted us with a smile and made the entire check in process as painless and efficient as possible.

I loooooved that they don’t have room keys… everything was with door codes. So never were we looking for cards before we went in and out of the hotel.

The lobby was clean… the entire hotel was very clean.

I guess we had set our expectations pretty low after the first hotel we went to, but they blew them out of the water.

After checking in, we went to our room and we’re sooo happy when we walked in and saw how clean it was… had everything we needed and then some. A full kitchen area… stove, fridge, sink, cabinets… it felt like we had rented a full studio apartment.

The bed was clean and comfortable… the sofa-bed, where I slept… was also super comfortable when we opened it up and set it up as a bed. By the last night of our stay, my son was begging me to let him sleep there, but I wasn’t giving it up for nothing.

The restroom was also clean… the mirror was super cool… you pressed the blue button on it and it lit up the room like a fireworks show.

Plenty of towels… toiletries… and everything we needed.

Again… everything was above and beyond what we needed.

I will for sure stay here again when we come back to New Jersey. We are already planning a big trip for next year with my entire extended family and we want to rent out the entire hotel for the days we are here.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in the Jersey City area, that’s 12 minutes away from Newark Airport, this is the place for you.

Oh and there is a train station like a two minute walk away from the hotel. We didn’t need need it since we had a rental car, but I’m sure it’s very convenient if...
