I love going to the library and love taking my children their. Also, they have some stuff that are really professional, not all of them but some who are really doing their jobs. And are good helpers. However, it's not the library as it should be and as it used to be 100 years ago. A library is à book. Get information where they should be. Seeing children playing games that don't have to do in building information makes it sad. While taking children, it is natural to hear their voices. They are still learning to make a difference between going to a quiet place and going to a place to have fun. What is not normal is hearing a librarian who is supposed to be in the children area yelling on children. They are supposed to be examples. Children stay quiet when they find the area quiet. They yell with voice when they find it loud. A child cry and will calm down, but the scream of those who play is not normal, and these computers should be in a different area where they can be away from others who want...

Best library in the Tri-State area! Librarians are helpful , interested in what people need , and they really try to help people get things done . It's also a peaceful place to read . The movies ( and programs ) for children are better than at the Queens and Brooklyn Libraries that I've been to. The movies for Adults are thoughtfully chosen ( with the community in mind).
