This was my first visit there I didn’t have an issue until I was told that I would have to pay a five dollar takeoff fee on my feet when I was getting a pedicure. I’ve never heard of that before. Everything is usually included in the pedicure price however I was informed that because I had shellac gel polish on my feet I would have to pay a five dollar removal fee because I was getting a regular pedicure and not another shellac pedicure then to top that off once they were done with my feet since I only got a regular pedicure there was nothing for me to dry my feet so I had to let my toenails air dry which actually I’m drying them right now with my portable fan. My feet was soaking in plain water until I asked the lady is there something that needs to be put in the water and then she went and got it but I feel like had I would not ask her that. When were you going to put something in the water my feet had already been soaking for at least 15 to 20 minutes in plain water . I highly do not recommend going to this salon. This has been by far my worst experience here in Houston. Also, I’m not sure the person name that did my feet however, I did have to stop her from taking the dead skin off my feet because she was scrubbing it till it was hurting and almost bleeding I was jumpy and she asked if I was tickled I said no it’s too hard and it’s almost cutting into my skin it’s time to buff it! and as I’m reading other reviews, I see that that happened to someone five months ago I’m sorry I didn’t read the reviews before I went there because I definitely would have not gave them my business.

Just wanted to say, I’ve been to this establishment 5xs. Donnie was my very first tech loved him, his work, and energy, then he left and I started going to another tech I forget what his name is but his work station is right by the door. The 3 pedicures I had were mediocre and I got the deluxe all 3 times. Ms. Lee is great but the polish jobs were bad everytime. I always had to go home and re-polish my toes. When Donnie was doing my nails they were always bomb and the price was reasonable for what I asked and I always tipped. Now when I switched techs after he left it went downhill. I let a lady do my nails and she jacked them alllllll the way up and the charged me $85 for the set. I went back to get them fixed and the gentleman who did them who works by the front did a great job. I go in today to get a simple set which is the green set inspo that I posted and he tried to charge me $85 for it showed him another set which was the blue and yellow set and the other set with the Aztec print just on the tips and said that was $80…. Clearly the green set is super simple it shouldn’t have been no more than $40 $50 but he said it was art so it would be more ($80) that’s ridiculous…. I’ll never go there again just because I don’t like when anybody tries to get over on me. Don’t just Jack up prices because business is slow!!! I’ll now take my money elsewhere where prices don’t go off of business productivity SMH

I never ever leave reviews even if i didn’t have a great experience but i just have to now. I walked in for a gel manicure and i really wanted to get jet black. First the lady was so rough on my nails and kept cutting me, i was also getting a pedicure so she was standing doing my nails and i just felt like she was rushing to finish. Then while painting my nails she kept getting it on my skin and not painting my entire nail. I asked her to shape my nail too and she just ignored me. Finally after an hour she finished and the final result was absolutely terrible. I wanted to cry. I sat in my car looking at my nails and was embarrassed to let my nails look that way. So i went back inside for a refund or to get them fixed and one of the ladies said we don’t do refunds, we just fix them. So i agreed since that was my only option and when a new lady came to fix them, she was super rude and did not care how bad my nails looked. She said what do you want now and was just pushing my hand into uv light and the results of my new nails are still terrible!! but can’t do much at this point. I was very apologetic because i worked in customer service too but this was unacceptable. long story short, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. my time wasted here was 3 hours with absolutely nobody in there because it was a tuesday at 11am

If I could give a zero rating I would. On April 23rd I called to see if they could do two pedicures. The woman on the phone told me that they could and if I could come now. I live about two minutes away and said sure. When we arrive the pedicure area is full. We wait about 10 minutes and they find us two chairs. We waited about another 20 minutes and finally a technician got done with another client and started with my momā€˜s pedicure. Other technicians were finishing up but no one came over to me. They went to the front to do hands. A woman comes in and they bring her to a chair. At this time we have been there close to an hour. A new technician comes and starts the lady they just sat down. At this point my mothers pedicures done and my feet have been sitting in a tub of cold water for an hour. I take my feet out of the tub put my shoes on and start to walk out. A technician yells to me ā€œyou don’t want pedicure anymore?ā€ I wave my hand and say no. This is the second time in 3 weeks that I have been here and left not happy. The first was when I brought my 4 year old granddaughter and they told me her legs were to short to fit in the tub basin, so they just painted. Then charged me $45 dollars for ā€œnail artā€. I won’t come back and I encourage everyone reading this to go elsewhere. There are way too many good nail salons in our area to put up with this non sense and disrespectful business behavior. This use to be a decent place, but the new owners need a good...

Went in with my 2 sisters for shellac manicures and their star pedicures for graduation. When I called to make an appointment they were very accommodating and worked with me to figure out the best time to come in. Arriving into the salon we were greeted right away with friendly smiling faces, and the salon was very clean. They have a great variety of color selections to choose from! They started our manicures at different times (but that was only because they were attending to other clients at the time), but then let us all start our pedicures together, which was very nice of them to do. All of the tools they used for both our manicures and pedicures came from individual plastic wrappers and they lined the pedicure tub. It was all very clean and sanitary, which is awesome! The staff was so friendly and nice, I cannot stress this enough! So attentive, constantly asking us if we wanted something to drink, and if we liked our colors and nails and options, they even went through and provided us with education about nail and skin care so we can keep our nails looking fresh until the next time we visit.

We paid $53 for a shellac manicure and star pedicure, so very very fair priced! And the star pedicure, even thought it's their most basic option, did so much more or had so much more involved than any other pedicure I've had!

Overall experience was super amazing! I would definitely visit again, and I recommend this place to anyone!!! They...
