Ordered and paid for food last night on the app, went to the store to pick it up, door was locked some lady not even in a uniform just hanging out at the table was letting people out but not in, when I tried to open the door she just looked at me an said no.. I tried to communicate through the window I had already ordered and paid for food.. she said cash only but theyâre not even letting people in even though there was a lobby full of her people.. she finally cracked the door and told me I need to call and try to get my money back⌠of course the phone number doesnât work and I doubt Iâll get a reply from the subway corporate people where they take complaints. This was a last resort as they normally mess up my sandwich or take forever when theyâre under staffed but tonight she was just so rude I doubt Iâll go back.. and in all likelihood Iâll never get my refund.

First time I ordered Curbside- Order was ready and I sat in my vehicle for 10 mins, while customers were still walking in the store and getting their orders. I finally decided to get down and still waiting 2 mins to be acknowledged and receive my order.
Today, I ordered online (not curbside) I received notification that my order was ready. I arrive to the store get down, wait to be acknowledged only to be told there was no multigrain bread. A phone call would have been nice to let me know instead of waiting till I arrived for my "Ready Pick Up Order"
The employees continue to make other orders before mine. I am disappointed that this is the only location near my job to order from and the unprofessionalism from the employees to not acknowledge...
   Read moreI used to eat subway once a day every day. However the older woman that works here has dissuaded me from that. I believe her name is Luz. Sheâs incomprehensibly rude. Donât ever order online, she will most definitely make your sandwich wrong, if you dare ask her to correct said problem, she is rude and dismissive. How subway still employs this woman, is beyond me. I can pay $9 for a sandwich elsewhere. One day she called and told me my order was cancelled because they donât have meatballs.
