I must update my review. After coming here for three years this place has really lost its touch these last two times that I’ve came. They’re always out of something. The first time it was spring rolls and the second time they were out of beef, on top of that the pho tasted like straight up faucet water. I let the manager know, and she got super defensive and was extremely rude to the feedback that I was giving her. She said “have you ever eaten our pho before” very rudely. Not only has the food lost its touch but so has the costumer service. After the way she handled things I will never be coming back.
“I know you were probably frustrated with your kids playing for all silverware and my staff did say,"customer's use those silverware's". And they made a mess.”
Excuse me????? Just your reply alone to my feedback shows your pettiness and lack of accountability not to say lack of professionalism. Taking an assumption that I was frustrated with my kids? Because I nicely gave you feedback on how bad the food tasted, Not to get my order free but simply so you wouldn’t get other complaints. I gave you feedback, paid my food, TIPED even after you were extremely rude. And now you’re still being rude talking about kids and lying saying that staff told me something. You’re a bad person and it simply shows. Attacking me through a review saying I was frustrated with my kids. LIAR!!
You’ve mentioned that you’ve never seen me before that’s why you asked?? Like I said I’ve been coming to this place for three years. I’ve even spoken to you and your husband about how you guys have 12 kids or more. Not to mention every time I’ve come you guys always have at least two or more kids at the restaurant playing around. The day that I was there your son was drawing on the business chalk board.
Nobody was ever rude to me until now because I gave you honest feedback. If you can’t take a criticism then you shouldn’t own a restaurant!!! Keep the money you probably need it more than me because if you wanted to fix the issue you would’ve that day. Instead you were extremely rude, and are...
Read moreI stopped in here for lunch yesterday and was very underwhelmed and disappointed. I ordered a grilled pork banh mi sandwich, hold the jalepeno and extra mayo with an order of egg rolls. Not sure what extra mayo means to them, but the whisper of mayo that was added was definitely not sufficient. The sandwich was stuffed with more carrots, cucumber and cilantro than meat. What pork I did get was grisly and fatty. The egg rolls were okay, but not a hit either.
What got me the most about this whole place was the fact that the owner sat oblivious to my numerous attempts to get somebody to come back to my table? I can only assume it was the owner as he was talking to some sales guy about the business and advertising. I was completely ignored from the time the sandwich was placed in front of me until I finally had to get up and go to the register to get somebody to give me to go box. Not that I was actually going to finish what I was taking with me that went right into the garbage when I got home. No one came back to offer me a refill on my water or to see if I needed anything else. I will definitely never go back nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. I wanted to like this place because I love a good banh mi sandwich, but there were so many negatives that I couldn’t give it a...
Read moreWe arrived and waited minutes even after ringing the bell to be attended.. we mentioned we were dining in and if we should sit down and order or at the register and he said to order at register so we kind of just ordered immediately without browsing the menu as he was ready to take order to walk away again.
Food came in pretty slow one at a time, no one was there during the duration of our dining, not even pick up orders so I’m not sure why the lack of attention.
The pho was okay, the soft tendon was balls of stiff tendon that was uneatable as well.
We asked for a Togo box and boba and it took another 15 minutes to make and bring the box. My brown sugar boba looked like milk with ice and a teaspoon of brown sugar. And my husbands shake was super watery as well and was told she forgot to add whip cream, sorry. Avoid the tapioca, it’s a slurry of tapioca and the brown sugar tapioca taste like flavored water beads.
I have been wanting to try this place out for a while now and I’m pretty disappointed at the whole experience. I’m not sure if I’ll give this place a shot again as the reviews seemed promising and maybe it was...
