I came to Phoenix Nails on an impulse because I wanted my nails done. My usual nail lady - Zumi - was booked up, but she said she could have someone else help me if I wanted to come in today, so I agreed. BIG MISTAKE! I got a shellac mani and a lavender pedi. I felt like they were just trying to rush me out of there the entire time - they rushed through the mani/pedi and they rushed me on picking my colors. I had to tell them several times I needed a few more minutes to decide because they weren't listening. On my mani, they asked how I wanted my nails shaped and I told them square. They are not square at all, some of my nails aren't evenly filed down. I had to ask them at the end to go back and refile many of my nails because they were still rough. One of my nails was bubbling on top so they had to go back and re-touch it. If they weren't so quick to rush, maybe they would've done a better job. I will never go back here. Instead, I recommend Nail Garden on 1960. Fantastic service and they offer you mimosas or wine with your mani/pedi. If you have to come to Phoenix, ask for Zumi....

I walked in asking for a refill and a pedicure. My nails weren’t done because they took an hour doing my toes mind you I picked the most basic pedicure because I was in a time crunch which the hour didn’t even include polishing my toes which the owner said it would take another 30mins to paint my toes which is the craziest thing I have ever heard. So I told her I have sat here an hour and you mean to tell me it’s going to take you another 30 mins to paint my toes? She said yes so I told her I’ll pay for my pedicure and leave without getting my toes polish because I have never sat 30 mins to get my toes polished after sitting an hour for a pedicure. They charge you an extra $5 just to take the polish off your toes it’s not included in the pedicure. DO NOT COME HERE IT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL THEY DONT HAVE ANY GOOD GEL POLISH. Just a waste of...

I got my nails done here and it looked terrible. I showed a picture of what I wanted and got something completely different. they didn't even tell a price from the beginning just started to do her own thing. then didn't even file the correct shape. I left crying because of how frustrated I was with the quality and design of my nails. my nails are also completely flat they have no apex just straight and flat. when I came back and asked for for a different person to do the original design all she could do is shape then said my original would be $20 more and if I wanted gel polish instead of acrylic I could but it'd only be $15 more.
