The place looks good ,service ,the worst ,we asked for “Mamey milksahe and they came on a cup 4 oz max, (Cuban habit of cutting the rations ,something they should leave on the isle . Utensils to eat twisted ,asked for some chicken nugget and fries they brought two squeezes in a tiny cup of ketchup,we have to ask the server multiple times for more for a toddler,a ridiculous habit from Cuba ,that’s cheap guys. The sandwich was fine ,but the price range was too high for cheap meat cuts. Everything came in sample sizes , we,ve being here for over 30 years and love our culture but ,this place is one of the many we don’t want to have memories of,the decline of Cuban culture . Prices way too high for the sample sizes they offer ,and food In General . Not sure if these here are friends reviews ,the reality is that houston is full of nice places with a range of prices according to what is offered , to return...

I've been looking for a good Cuba restaurant in the area for a long time. My family and I had our eyes on this restaurant for months before it opened. We finally got the opportunity to drop by and it was everything we hoped for.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is really nice, lots of warm smiling faces. The food is out of this world. Exactly what we've been looking for. We got the empanadas, bistec empanizado and the Cubano sandwich and a slice of flan. All of it was so good. Definitely the best I've had in a very long time.

At the time of my writing this review, they've just opened up maybe a week or two ago. It is definitely worth the visit. I cannot stress this enough, if you like good Cuban food, this is the...

I’ve been anxiously waiting for this place to open up and it did not disappoint!!!

it has been years since I’ve had a good Cuban sandwich! Also ordered their spicy oxtails with brown rice 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

Split everything with my son and it was soooo good, I finish my meal in 10 minutes

Can’t wait to go back and try other dishes, but this is definitely a place that you would never get tired of ! So happy to have options other than Wendy’s, McDonald’s, & Subway in this area!

I have also had their coffee and Bistec de Cerdo Empanizado ( breaded pork steak ) as well as their Cortadito ( short cut) ……. Never ever has disappointed - not once!

Can’t wait to try the rest...

Delicious. Yucca is one of my favorites in general. It was delicious. Oxtails were wonderful and light in a beautiful sauce with tomatoes. Meats on Cuban sandwich tasted like they were made in house – not from a deli. However, turkey breast tasted a little dry. Tostones were a little bit thicker than what we’re used to.. Chicharonnes were a little bit too hard to bite, much less chew. We did have to ask for an extra plate - but this seems to be a common issue with other cultures. Really simple and clean interior, yet classic and beautiful. Drinks and dessert looked good.

Everything was absolutely delicious. We had the jugo de piña, mamey and limonada. Each drink very good. The cuban sandwich, ropa vieja, yuca con chicarron and empanadas we all delicious. My only regret is not having better words to describe everything. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff are all so nice. We will definitely be returning.

We came in & ordered 3 plates to split to try different foods. Everything was delicious! We tried the Uruguayan style steak (our favorite), smoked pork chop, & fried fish. We tried both the white & brown rice. Both were delicious. We tried tostones, papas fritas, and yucca for our sides. Loved them all. Can’t wait to go back to try even more.
