6/11 around 8:30am I ordered a loaded breakfast sandwich and hash brown through door dash. My order gets delivered and I got a jumbo jack burger and a hash brown. A burger at 9am? This isn't my dashers fault. He did his job accordingly. This is the cook and expo/quality control fault. No big deal, accidents happen. Am I irritated I paid $25 on a delivery service but had to drive to the business myself to get what I ordered? Absolutely. I walk in and a young man greets me and says be right with you. Thank you. After several minutes, a lady walks up and says how can I help you. Nobody in the restaurant. One car in the drive thru. 4 employees working. No problem. I tell the lady what I ordered versus what I got. She doesn't say a word to me. Just tells the cook to remake it. No I'm sorry. No let me fix this for you and make it right. No acknowledgement I paid all the extra money for delivery fees and a tip, yet had to drive there myself to get what I paid for. No problem. My breakfast sandwich is now ready. She puts it in a bag and literally tosses it on the counter. Again, not a word. No here you go sir, your order is ready. No sorry about that, I double checked this and your order is correct. Not even a napkin, sauce packet, or offer to give a fresh hot hash brown. I love me some jack in the box, but that lady made me feel disrespected. I work in customer service and I make mistakes. Taking care of the customer is building a life long business relationship. Why would you make me feel bad about myself based on...

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior from Employee George Glass - ServSafe Certified
8301 Willow Pl Dr N, Houston, TX 77070
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the unprofessional behavior of one of your employees, George Glass, who I understand is ServSafe certified. On August 11 the time 3:38, we experienced an issue with an order. When we brought this to the attention of George Glass, his response was shockingly rude and unprofessional.
Instead of addressing the issue or offering a solution, George Glass immediately became defensive and blamed us for the error. Given that George Glass is ServSafe certified, I am particularly surprised and disappointed by this behavior. ServSafe certification emphasizes the importance of customer service and professionalism. I request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate...
