INTERESTING - As i read through most of these reviews, the one name all of them have in common is the manager - Vanessa! She is clearly and negative issue to this store! Well I'm going to add my review to all the other ones as well and i hope that the corporate office is reading these as well.
Sadly - I had to make a complaint against Vanessa the supervisor at this location to the corporate office and if nothing is done, she will experience a lawsuit. I am not sure how she was able to obtain this position. She does not posses quality customer service skills. What she is posses with is an awful, demonic, prideful, arrogance, confusing evil spirit that projects negative energy to the entire store. Vanessa causes customers to become mentally draining and subjects then to mental and provoking abuse. I was informed by other customers that Vanessa is nasty, inconsistent, arrogant, causes confusion and never admits that she is wrong and prideful to everyone -even when she is the one that makes the mistake. SHE NEEDS TO GO! Vanessa needs to be demoted or fired and let someone else that who is way more qualified, honest, professional to be in this position. If this store does not get ride of Vanessa, they will loose sales, and the store will close immediately. NO WANTS TO DEAL WITH HER! Why should other customers and staff suffer with the likes of Vanessa who clearly has no skills, or even brains to do what she does! I have never seen someone so full of hate in my life!!! SHE MUST GO! I am expecting Selma and the corporate office to make changes tot his store and it will need to begin...
Read moreI am extremely annoyed and highly disappointed with the way I was treated at your store today. After standing in line for over 45 minutes, the cashier who is supposed to be a supervisor was busy chatting on her phone while the line grew longer and longer.
To make matters worse, she started casually talking with one of the security guards on duty instead of doing her job. When my friend pointed out that people had been waiting far too long, she boldly said she wasn’t going to attend to us and told the next person behind me to come forward. At that point, I completely lost my patience and had to raise my voice because the behavior was beyond unacceptable.
This so-called supervisor not only refused to help but had the audacity to tell me and my friend to leave the store. When I took her picture, she actually posed for it and arrogantly told me I could post it wherever I wanted. That level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Let’s start with kids section… clothes and toys are okay mostly empty shelves Women’s section clothes not worth at all and seems like more used clothes are hanged Men’s same thing as women no much collection either House stuff.. is the only thing I love to go Burlington Took me 40 mins in line to checkout not coz people had full carts to checkout but only one register open for 20 plus people waiting to check out! What a waste of time and also they don’t even have enough change to break $50 or $100 I know a-lot of people use cards but what if people have big bills? Manager really can’t manage this store…just to break this change they made us wait for more than 10mins ! They have 9 registers but only one open! I don’t know how do they even run this places! Either have cashiers who are really fast to check out or just open all the registers or at least 4 registers!
