We started our baby here at about 8 weeks old in February of 2025, and we fell in love with the way the daycare owners/staff handled day-to-day stuff, they were very communicative, and we could tell how involved the teachers were with the kids, they actually cared.
But a few months later, all of that drastically changed and the quality of the daycare went downhill, very fast, with the new ownership. They have dwindled down all of the little things just because "the state doesnt mandate us to have it", for the sake of saving money. They started cutting benefits and hours for the staff, and bringing in under-qualified and untrained staff to the facility to make up for it. I have since learned that many of the children who were enrolled when we started, and many of the staff, have left to go elsewhere.
My wife walked in to pick up our baby, 5 months old at the time, and saw her sleeping with her head slumped over chin-to-chest in an upright seat, with only 1 person watching the toddlers/infants, and that person was not someone we had ever met before. After digging around online, we found that the person was a bus driver from another location that the owners have, and she blatantly told us that she didn't know babies couldn't sleep like that.
I dont care how nice the place may look on the outside or how friendly the new owners sound upon meeting, it doesnt change that they are simply trying to maximize profits, at the cost of dropping the quality care for children/infant safety.
The original owners and staff always had someone present at the front desk, and qualified staff with the children, but now, you're lucky to see anyone up front, and you have to wonder who's watching your children yesterday, today, or tomorrow.
There are many other little things I could mention, but the main issue was safety and quality care, which you will not find...
Read moreLove this place! I have a 4 and 2 year old that attend this location and needless to say the transfer I made to this place was definitely the right choice. Ms.Carrie (the director) is very professional and waste no time of informing me on things dealing with my children, plus she is very understanding and doesn’t hesitate when it comes to my children’s needs while in care. In addition, the staff plays a very important role in each of my children’s life rather if it’s potty training my 2 year old or teaching my 4 year old how to write/spell her name. My kiddos love it here; they have an amazing time learning, there’s always holiday activities going on for me to contribute to, and it feels great showing the teachers the appreciation they deserve. Nevertheless, there hasn’t been not one situation where I felt my children weren’t treated equally as the other kids in their class, nor has there been any poor communication between teachers/staff etc and I; communication is a major thing for me especially being that this is like my kids second home. We love it! You will love it! Choose Kinder College...
Read moreI came to tour this daycare one day after work not realizing that they were about to close. Mrs. Shae let me in, and stayed after closing to show me the classroom and talk to me and made me feel comfortable. I ended up enrolling my son here and it was the best decision we have made regarding his care/schooling. Mrs. Cary, the director, has been super helpful every step of the way. She understood my concerns with my son and ensured me that we would work together to make sure he was okay and that his behavior was okay and she has kept her word. I have nothing but good things to say about the teachers as well. Ms. Betsy and Ms. Iraleny have been awesome, and super helpful with potty training. We made sure we were all on the same page and doing the same things and we finally got potty training knocked out. You’ll never find any of the teachers on their phones when they should be supervising children and they are all fully engaged with the kids and the activities that are teaching them. I have nothing but good things to say about this center, and I am so grateful...
