I went in there in the middle of May for a passport walk-in a little after 9am. I didn’t know they only accepted cash. I can’t remember if they took my name down before or after I ran to the bank to get the money but there was only one lady in front of me with her 3 or 4 daughters that were getting their passports done when I left. When I came back with my cash, I did have to wait a while since their applications were taking so long. Other than that I didn’t have any issues. But the next week, my boyfriend tried to get his done, he gets there at 8:50 which is 10 mins before they open for passport walk-ins and the list is already full. Unable to get his done he tries this week. He gets there even earlier around 7:25 and there’s already a line outside the door waiting for them to open the post office. He said most of the people in line had passport applications in their hands. He was the “6th” person in line and that didn’t include the entire families that were in front of him. When they opened they stopped writing down names on the list before he could get his name down. Anyone looking on the website would assume going there at 9am would be the ideal time to go and not expect the damn list to be already full. I’m not aware of any place that takes names down for walk-ins 1.5 hours before they even help the first person or first group of people. They need to have some sort of rule that if you have more than 2-3 people in your group then you need to make an appointment, or have multiple people helping and maybe have one person do the groups of people and another for whoever is by themselves since the demand for everyone and their mother to get their...

USPS should really observe who they hire! I had been waiting on my debit card for two weeks to come, I ordered it early January. Go to check my informed delivery and the image isn’t scanned okay fine no problem, the problem began when I checked my mail box and see a empty envelop that my card was supposed to came in, BUT NO DEBIT CARD IN SIGHT. I also have the pictures of what the envelop looked like when it arrived, SOMEONE CLEARLY OPENED MY MAIL AND STOLE MY CARD! No one broke in the mailbox! This was done by one of your USPS WORKERS…

I ordered a second card , this time it was scanned but not delivered! It was suppose to be delivered Jan 21 2025 but due to the weather it was going to be delivered Jan 22 instead. My card didn’t come! Nor did it arrive on the 23rd! Fast forward to today Jan 24 2025. After I submitted my claim what do you know my card pops up in my mailbox!! That’s not it though, the mail carrier or whomever handles the mail attempted to open this envelop as well!! My guess is they thought against it! I have photos of both envelops and they’re showing signs that someone has been opening my mail in attempt to steal! Btw I usually receive all my mail and it gets scanned so that I may see it on informed delivery, I get that sometimes mail is hit and miss, however this is THEFT! No other way around I am going to attach pics of the envelope below. I have submitted my complaint and I am waiting for a response, auto response does not cut it. The one star is for there mailman transit delivery.I was at the mailbox with my son hoping he will just handed to me or my son hopping to get my son experience handing my son the mail, But instead of giving to us the mail even though we’re right beside he put inside my mail box which is okay.and after that he put his hand inside the my mailbox and grab a small mailbag that I order from amazon in which I pay extra to have a one day delivery. And right after he grab my I told him that is my mail from amazon that am supposed to receive today not knowing it arrived already. Incase he give back to me, he insists that’s is US Postal Property. I even tell him check the name on that mail but he don’t even listen and he just told me if you have a problem.
