Dumplingnology — Restaurant in Texas

This place was terrible. We walked in around 8:45pm and there was only one person there who I guess was the owner. He was camped out on his computer at one of the dining tables, was dressed poorly, and did not communicate well. We were asked to pay for our food before we were served. Not a complete deal breaker at first, but after having a few bites of the food, I immediately knew why. The dumplings were undercooked and the fried spring rolls tasted like they were frozen for months, if not for over a year. It all tasted bland and freezer burned. We only tried it because we noticed it while visiting another restaurant in the same strip mall. With a name like “Dumplingnology” you’d think they would know their stuff. Nope.

Don’t waste your time or money at this place. I ordered shrimp fried rice with extra shrimp, no white onions, extra bean sprouts extra egg and this is what I got… shrimp friend rice, bok choy, mushrooms, green beans and carrots and i can’t spot not one egg n this. Called to complain and the “manager” says the cooks do whatever they want. Asked to talk to the owner… you can’t because she is n china! While I was there a lady called and complained she was sent shrimp dumplings instead of the pork they ordered… also there’s a shellfish allergy n her home. Basically if you are allergic to anything do not eat here because it may be your last meal and you can’t even speak to someone who care because...

Nothing positive to say. I ordered general tso and what they advertise is WAYYY DIFFERENT i will put both photos down below it came stale and cold and as you can see no damn sauce. Atleast i got some chick fil a sauce in the fridge hopefully it will give a little life to this very sad looking plate
