Juicy Seafood Express — Restaurant in Jersey Village

Went here for the first time today, and honestly the food was disappointing. We got the $19.99 1/2 snow crab and 1/2 shrimp. And a pound of crawfish. The crawfish DID NOT taste good. It tasted like it was cooked, frozen, then cooked again. Chewy, tough to eat, and had a funny after taste. The crab had this weird black stuff all over it and some pieces of the meat came out with the same black stuff on the shell, almost like it was burnt when cooking. The shrimp was pretty good. The service was okay. Literally took 20 minutes for the cashier to even process our cash and card... He had to call the manager to come and help him which took an additional 10 minutes, plus 15 waiting for the food. The potatoes and corn were good as well. Upon reading the reviews we were hoping for some good crawfish and crab, but that wasn't our experience today. We even got there early hoping the food would be fresh. We attempted to call to see if we can bring the food back, but the number kept going to voicemail. We ended up throwing the crawfish away... Unfortunately we will not be going back and will find another place for...
