Mr Donuts & Kolache — Restaurant in Texas

We have been coming to Mr Donuts for almost over 15 years when first moving to this area. The food has always been excellent especially the apple fritters in which they run out pretty quickly. You are getting a 3 due to past history of having excellent service and food. I have seen a downward trend in service since the growth. Don’t get me wrong, growth is good but miss the service in the past.

Today I saw a fly in the bin with the pastries. It was jumping from pastry to pastry. I told the lady waiting on me there was a fly on the food. I didn’t want anything with flies. She said ok and went to the next customer in line. There was no effort made to get rid of the fly. Should flies be in the food area? No! What precautions can you take to keep flies out of your store? You need to figure it out for nobody wants to share...

I always buy here, but the Latina lady used to treat me poorly. She’s always wearing her headphones and never listens well to what I order. However, I can’t deny the quality of the kolaches and donuts. But since last month, a young Latina girl has been helping me — she’s very kind and patient. I’m really glad they’re hiring new people who know how to treat customers. I’ll be back next week! And I’ll recommend this place to my friends and coworkers because that young lady truly brought a new energy...

Our church placed an advance order for our men’s breakfast today. I stopped here to pick up the order. I was amazed at how busy this shop is. Non stop customers. The shop was neat and orderly, the display cases were well stocked with donuts and kolaches. The clerks were very pleasant and accommodating.

The donuts were very warm and fresh. We enjoyed them I think you will also.

All the customers were doing take out but they do have seating if you have time to...
