Horrible service. I was looking at the diamond rings and there was a young lady on the computer not too far from me who never noticed me or even asked if I needed help. My husband finally found someone to help me but he really lacked customer service skills. Not friendly, not helpful just wanted to make a sale and go. I did not feel welcome so I told him I would think about it and as he walked away he told someone else to finish his sale because he wanted to get out of there.
