Mark's Appliance — Local services in Jerseyville

Cannot recommend this company enough for any appliance-related needs. I recently bought a new refrigerator from them and scheduled a delivery and installation, as well as hauling away my old fridge. They came, took measurements, unhooked the old fridge and installed the new one, and checked to make sure there were no leaks with my waterline hooked up to my new fridge. One thing that did happen (And I don't think it was their fault) was that one of the fridge shelves was broken but they said they would send us a replacement shelf soon, and I really appreciated that. I had gone in to Mark's Appliance store to see if they had any refrigerators used as the one we had at Westlake Country Club has gone bad. Drew was working that day and said he would check. He then called and said he had one availabe and he would donate to us. He was such a kind person. When I told the girls at westlake whst Mark's was doing , they were very happy and mention that is where they buy there appliances. Picked up our brand new stove on Saturday. I unwrapped it today to find a huge debt on the top left of the stove and it's dented all down the left side. I am so disappointed. Kudos to Todd at Mark's Appliance... The issue has been addressed and a new stove is being ordered...They will be delivering, converting to LP and installing this time.
