I went in to get a custom ring made and I had to back out for the ending price but they were so patient with me about what I wanted and what I could afford. Geoffrey was so awesome he worked really hard to help me find something that I love that was in my budget, he is also very knowledgeable. Very happy with my purchase and the service. Me and my mother also purchased a ring that was not the perfect size of the floor he resized both mine and my mom's while we plundered in the shop. I messaged Crawfords about resizing a Mother’s ring I had just gotten and I didn’t realize it was fairly late but Geoffrey responded pretty quick saying he’d love to help. I then spoke with him about doing my wedding set and showed the next day. They were very friendly and helpful. They kept me up to date with calls or text. When I picked up my rings I was not expecting the beautiful outcome I got. I assumed they’d would be done of course and clean but to my surprise they looked even better than the day I actually got them.
