What a pleasant experience ! Extremely helpful informative friendly staff ..wasn't sure what to expect..was looking for a little spending money because I have several birthdays weddings events etc coming up and it always helps to be prepared and ahead of the game. However like everyone knows Covid slowed the workforce down a little bit and my cash flow was running low so I decided to pawn some items I had laying around the house and see how the process worked. Honestly I was a little nervous at first .. I had no idea where to go so I randomly selected Mr Cash from Google and decided to go there because they had decent reviews and the pictures looked like it was a comfortable environment with a pretty big selection which was great because I was bringing some pretty random items in not knowing if they would pawn them or not. As soon as I walked in the door a very nice gentleman immediately greeted me and asked what he could assist me with because I didn't bring anything in yet I was still checking out the place haha he even went outside to my vehicle and carried my items inside for me without hesitation. (a few of them were rather heavy but he didn't blink an eye). I didn't have any problems with any of the items I wanted to pawn. No questions asked no third degree which I was glad about because some were tools I knew nothing about so I was hoping that they did haha and I didn't feel uncomfortable or unsure in any way that I was going to get the best price for my items. Well my items were being processed I walked around the store very nice inventory lots of things to choose from good prices then my name was called they took my ID my picture and handed me my cash with a smile and it was that easy !! I definitely will be going to Mr Cash again and I highly would recommend them to friends family or anyone that is looking for a painless simple process 20 pawn or sell an item that they simply have no use for or just need a few extra dollars 😊 oh I didn't want to add one more note this was important to me I did not realize that they closed early on Saturday and I was a last-minute customer however the sweet gentleman (and I feel horrible because yes he did give me his name but my short-term memory and nerves at the time were high Icould not recall it for this review I apologize) but he was AWESOME!! (and his initials on my receipt are SAB) that waited on me did not give me the evil eye lol or act like he was highly perturbed that i was coming in at the last second like some employees of certain businesses will do to let you know they are not happy that you are coming in right before they're closing because they want to go home and they clearly make it a point to let you know how they feel. Did not get that at all and Mr Cash no mention of the time closing angry looks nothing it was well after closing time when I left I do apologize to Mr Cash employees I do understand wanting to go home BUT thank you and I appreciate the help!
