So, my wife and I came in the last weekend of July looking for a new recliner. We had already visited 2 other places and we wanted to make sure we found something that would not only fit my wife's height as she is 6'4 but if we found 2 something thay we not kill my back as i have horrible back issues. Well, upon entering a wonderful guy, Brandon, came up to us asking for our needs. We explained and Brandon took my wife to try recliners while i sat on a few sofas. And the first couch I tried i like for my back as ot gave GREAT lumbar support...unfortunately it was not tall enough for my wife. So Brandon recommended another couch for me to try. It was a 2 seater sofa both sides electric reclining and cup holders with a bluetooth speaker...and mos important, it was gonna be tall enough for my wife. We asked a lot of questions and he had answers for everything. He also informed us that the store had 25% off ending today. I asked he we could go check one more place he said sure.we checked another place and they did not have a sale...so we discussed going back to farmera and i wanted to make sure i could handle sitting on the couch for an extended time with out my brace on. He gladly showed me to the bathroom. When i came back Brandon had to leave to go on a delivery but showed my wife the 3 seater couch in the same style...they came out to the same price...so we decided to get the 3 seater. Another employee helped with the paper work but i totally forgot his name. But on delivery day Brandon and Derek called my wife to let her knowthey would be on the way. Since I work nights its hard to get anthing done during the week so we had to do some scrambling to get the living room ready. They were super patient and amazing guys...only thing they needed for me was a power strip as my new couch needed 3 separate plugs. The step it up in no time! Read morePlease see update below!!! We were going to pay for the loveseat but they had 0% interest so we applied for that. They had to run paperwork three times because the first time they charged for sofa and love seat doubling the price. We never even looked at sofa. Next papers, they were charging delivery and damage fees insurance. We didn't want that. Then they brought papers and quickly had me sign them. She brought envelope back and handed it to me with all paperwork. After we got home, we looked at papers and they had $10.28 for Decreasing Life Premium and $106.01 for Property Insurance Premium. These were never mentioned. I had to write my husband's name and sign this paper but wasn't given a chance to read it. They were supposed to have the sofa in store in 2 days. They called the next day and it was going to be a week. I told them I would not have help to get it then, so since it was their mistake would they waive the delivery fee. They called manager and he said yes. They delivered a week later. Them waiving the delivery fees was the only good thing about this experience.
Brad Westberry, the store manager, called to see what happened. I told him how things carried out and he graciously remedied the situation. He took off the fees and I only have to pay for the loveseat and taxes. We will do that tomorrow. He was very polite...
