Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Jesup

I ordered 2 large specialty pizzas online and pre paid online. I got my confirmation email from Poppa John’s with my order information. Which included a link to the Poppa John’s pizza tracker. The pizza tracker showed that my order was ready to be picked up. I went to the store to pick up our pizzas. I spoke with the manager. She stated that the order was for her store but that she had no record of my order. I asked her what can I do to get the pizza I had already paid for. She said the only way, I could get the pizza was to pay for it again. I said why would I want to pay for the pizza twice. She said you will have to call the phone # on the Poppa John’s app to get my money back she could not help me. She then said you need to move along I have other customers. She treated the issue as though it was my problem not hers. The customer service is terrible, I will not be a repeat customer any longer. I will go to Pizza Hut or Dominos...

Rude quoted me 3 different times for pick up. Online time 20 minutes get there tell me will be 10 more minutes. So leave and go to the grocery store for drinks. Get back tell me 15 more minutes... all I ordered was one large pizza.. it came out very gross.. and half uncooked! Won't be back.

Update.. came back today to try again! Been waiting almost an hour for a 15 minute pick up quote. This is just awful. The young man was apologetic. But how do run a place with just people at dinner time. Several people have came and canceled orders. Pizzas undercooked Just disappointed. In waiting time and quaility waste of time and money. Also corporate never calls back or emails when I try to escalate...

It's gone downhill! Everytime we go in there they can't find our order or it's not ready when it says it is. I understand getting busy... The employees seem overwhelmed and we order double cheese on our pizza which is usually forgotten. I called once about it and the wait to get another pizza was longer than I wanted to wait. In my opinion every other pizza place here is really gross so when we do order pizza we go to Papa John's because they taste better we try to order before...
