Scheduling, made appointment almost 2 weeks in advance, signed contract, put my card info in for the appointment so if I was late or didn’t show it could be charged. They kept saying appointment pending approval, I texted about it and never got an explanation. The night before the appointment 9:30pm to be exact I get a message saying they’ve denied my appointment due to a scheduling conflict!!! WOW, it was pending to begin with nobody would respond to me and y’all cancel it without me having ample time to find anywhere else to have my hair and eyebrows done on the day I was also planning for two weeks. I have to pay off I don’t show out I’m late but y’all don’t have the courtesy to cancel at least a day prior like y’all...

I probably shouldn’t be the one rating this Salon but I’m elliptic and went to them once because it’s hard to keep appointments. I went for a cut which turned out ok, but made an appointment to return the next week for a coloring. I received a call from the technician on Monday that she wouldn’t be able to keep the appointment on Thursday due to an upcoming appointment of her own and asked if come in on Tuesday only to receive call canceling for that day as well. I recommend Blair at Just Cuttin Up. I have used many different hairstylists over the years. But I really couldn't find that perfect hairstylist that transforms you and is very knowledgeable about color and hair. Fonda Davis is the real deal. Going to her salon is like making an appointment at an upscale salon. Shes particular about her work and she takes no short cuts.
