Let me start by saying I walked into Magic Mattress & Home Furniture looking for a couch. I walked out with a cloud disguised as a mattress, a coffee table that doubles as a therapy session.

First off, their customer service is so good, I’m pretty sure the staff are wizards. Patti (shoutout to Patti!) didn’t just help me—she divined my soul’s desire for a recliner that hugs you like a grandma who’s had two margaritas. And the prices? Let’s just say my wallet didn’t cry! It actually giggled (giggled + wiggled) when it saw the receipt.

But the real magic? That mattress. I tested it “for five minutes.” Fast-forward three hours: I’m drooling on a display pillow, my phone’s dead, and I’ve missed six calls from my dog sitter. Tony embodies everything that customer service should look like at the Hinesville's Magic Mattress & Home Furniture store. My husband and I started looking for furniture back in August 2021, I guess. I know I asked Tony a hundred questions about the furniture and he answered every one of those questions, he sent me picture after picture. He took the time to go back and forward with me on the website, and sent me to the Jesup location to look at furniture in person just to make sure I would be satisfied with my purchase; he was so patient.
