Jesup Wireless in Jesup Ga is the most horrible place I've ever experienced. I ordered a Gold s7 edge screen because that's what my phone is gold and when it FINALLY arrives the owner said hope you don't mind I ordered you a blue one. UM WHAT? I said no that's not what I ordered so he orders again the correct one that he should of ordered in the first place instead of ordering a blue one because its cheaper and obviously wanted to get more money off of me but wait that's not it. So AGAIN the 2nd piece FINALLY comes in and the owner tells me to bring my phone up there that it would be ready today. When I ordered the screen he told me that is takes not even 30 minutes to put the screen on that it's the most easiest thing to do. So when the piece FINALLY arrived and he told me to bring it in that it would be ready today I brought it in the early morning never get to call or nothing so I FINALLY called 1 hour before they were about to close and was told they couldn't fix my phone because they were BUSY . So instead of fixing my phone that I've been waiting 2 weeks for and been without a phone for 2 weeks because of there own mistake of ordering a blue phone purposely when my phone was gold so there own mistake then my phone part comes in and they put there OTHER customers infront of a customer who's been waiting 2 weeks without a phone but yet they say they could not fix it because they were busy helping customers all day but wouldn't the right thing to do would be to fix the phone that a customer has waited 2 weeks because of the owners mistake of ordering what he wanted to order instead of what the customer ordered and then when it gets there put other customers who just walk in before someone that's waited 2 weeks and had had problems vs a customer just walking in?? It's sad how the owner runs his business. He was busy taking care of customers who just walk in for 9 hours vs a customer who's waited 2 weeks. Then tells me I can get a refund but when I go up there I get NO refund. The owner told me in text message he was not going out his way for 35 dollars in labor for me I have proof. My phone is still not fixed and it's sad certain customers are getting treated like trash and the owner says hes not going out his way for me for 35 labor. If anyone has the cooperate number or any number that can help me instead of treat me like trash please let me know because they just lost business from me. I've never been to a business and been treated like I was straight garbage. I hate to give 1 star I wouldn't give them no stars but it wont let me post without no stars being clicked

I just had my phone worked on by having a new charger piece put in I didn't have a ride to the store so my friend picked it up and brought it to me. I went to charge it put was not working I called the store to him. Still not having a ride I had to wait a couple days then took it up there. The girl at the counter to me to leave it for a hour I did when I went to pick it up it didn't show charging she gave me a charger she was very nice. I thought ok I will give this a try because it appeared she was the only one there at the time. Still not working correctly. I understand electronics are tricky but paying 48.15 to have my phone worked on and expect it to work but hasn't. So I call thinking the part they order was defectived maybe they could call the company and get me another one seeing this one hasn't worked properly. The man was I'm sorry this is more of a pain then it's worth and he wasn't responsible yoake it right but I could pay another 48.15 or buy a new phone. It's bad enough things are so high no days but to be ripped off 48.15. Is a slap in the face. I would of understood if it worked for a week or two then uea it could be another reason for the phone not working correctly. ...

The only reason anyone should ever even go to the store is Kiley the girl who works there...she is the only good thing about that store. the owner is rude and a ripoff artist I paid $70 to have my Galaxy note 8 ported to page plus when it did not work after 7 hours he told me I had to pay another 95 to have it put back on Verizon I will never again do business there and I hope no one in the Jessup area does any business there either. Kiley worked on my phone for 7 hours...she did all that she could...she was super sweet and very helofull...but the very next day it stopped working ....rather than deal with the owner again I drove to to Savannah and had Verizon fix it...the owner was rude and totally unconcerned that they had screwed my phone up...he said and I quote.. "We dont guarentee anything..we swap them and maybe they work..sometimes they dont" I'm sorry but I asked if my phone would work on their network and I was told yes....if anyone had ever at anytime told me that their was a chance of it screwing my phone up I would have said no thank you...he is s dishonest untrustworthy unscrupulous business owner and ill bet his mama is ashamed..or at least...
