I recently brought my dog Emma in for a grooming session with Lisa, and the results were amazing! Lisa gave Emma the perfect haircut—clean, stylish, and super functional for the season.

Emma got a Teddy Bear-style cut that really brought out her sweet personality. The length was just right—short enough to keep her cool, but still fluffy and soft. Lisa paid close attention to the little things that make a big difference: she trimmed the hair inside Emma’s ears just enough to keep them clean without irritating the skin, and shaped the fur around her paws beautifully. It gave her such a tidy, well-kept look!

You can tell Lisa truly cares about her work. Emma looked comfortable, happy, and was wagging her tail all the way home. Her nails were trimmed, her coat was smooth, and there wasn’t a single uneven patch.

Several years ago I took my bichon, Mideum to a groomer for the first time and the experience was awful! He was kept for 6 plus hours and was a nervous wreck when I brought him home. He went to a corner and licked himself through the night, and they cut his hair to look like a hairless poodle, the complete opposite of what I requested.

My dogs were groomed to perfection and Alex was the warmest and most considerate person to my severely autistic son. My son had a hard time detaching from his service dog so he could be groomed and Alex went out of the way to create a plan for a better pick up and even asked if the lights needed to be dimmed for him to feel more comfortable. It was truly the kindest and most sincere act I have ever experienced. To top it off, Alex drew a picture of both of our dogs and gave it to my son as a gift.
