Was going between 4 or 5 stars but opted for 5 because they’re very good! This location is in a pretty central area near many places and fairly accessible. Convenient features include a drive thru. As a forewarning to other consumers, it can sometimes be a longer than usual waiting period. I’m talking up to 5-10 minutes of waiting in the drive-thru so don’t be alarmed. The staff is very aware of the wait and apologize profusely. I wish they were better staffed to handle the masses but I will still continue going back! Overall, excellent customer service and handling with consumers despite the high demand and other obstacles they face. They’re very open to suggesting options if you can be indecisive or want to expand your palate.

I’ve ordered the dragonfruit smoothie on multiple occasions and it’s become one of my favorite drinks! However, a couple days ago, there was a lasting aftertaste that made it taste horrible. Knowing that it wasn’t suppose to taste this way, I called to ask if they could remake it for me. The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because they did remake it for me, but the attitude I received from the staff was terrible. I didn’t like being THAT customer, so I did my best to be polite. It shocked me that it wasn’t reciprocated over the phone nor in person. It was neither my fault nor the workers’ fault that maybe the fruit had gone bad? But when I went to pick it up, the three workers that passed by the drive thru window seemed to sneer at me. Went back today and was greeted with more bad attitude. Customer service here...
