Best gym ever!!!! The trainers are amazing, and they’re all motivating, knowledgeable, and so nice. They push you to work hard, but they never cross the line and are so encouraging. They’ve built such a great gym culture as well. They’ve established such a team-oriented atmosphere where every member has been so encouraging on a tough exercise or during a tougher workout, and it really helps get through the workouts where every muscle is burning and sweat is pouring. You will never see the same class twice either, which keeps it fun and exciting! One week of classes will consist of cardio days, resistance training days, and hybrid days, so there really is a class for everyone! F45 has been the best investment in my health, and I would recommend the Johns Creek location a thousand times over! Special shout-out to Coach Spit, Coach Nat, and Studio Manager Brianna!!!...

The gym itself is great, but I had a very unfortunate experience cancelling my membership here. Their membership agreement states that the cancellation will take effect 30 days after you send notice. When I received the cancellation form, the start of the 30 day cancellation period listed on the form was not the day that I sent notice, but the day I received the form. By this point I was already in the next payment period. I showed them the membership agreement and asked them to honor the date of notice, but they refused, and I had to pay for an additional month ($139).

Love the coaches here and I looked forward to class everyday but the class times unfortunately did not work with my schedule so I had to cancel. They do not honor the cancellation policy that is in their membership agreement which states that cancellation will take effect 30 days after you send the notice. However that’s not true it’s 30 days from when they decide they want to send you the cancellation form which they tried to send to me by email but it never came through so I had to go in to have it cancelled. So basically I had to pay for an additional month due to this issue. Now after cancelling I get nonstop emails (sometimes every 2 hours!!) to rejoin and have tried to unsubscribe multiple times and...
