So I’m going to give them 3 stars because of the quality of most of their items. I understand that a second hand store is risky and I made a huge mistake skimping on something as important as a car seat but you live and you learn. I bought a car seat for 40.00 that had missing straps. I’m a grandma and don’t know much about these seats and sadly I paid someone who really needed the money to install it so even though she knew, she didn’t say anything. It wasn’t until my son needed to use it (unusual but what a blessing) that I found out! Dropped off a huge bag of clothes, didn’t hear back from them until 3 weeks AFTER. All to be told that they weren’t taking ANY of the baby clothes. They only took my expensive maternity clothes and gave me $10 little dollars or $12 store credit. They sell things with stains and rips on them but couldn’t take my clean baby clothes. When I called them back today they acted like they couldn’t hear me and told me their phone was about to die and to call back later so I just went in there with my crying 2 month old. I’ve only recently started shopping there and I’ve given them my business multiple times in a couple weeks so to say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. Take your clothes elsewhere ya’ll. I just recently discovered this gem. I have bought from there 3 times and sold items once and the experience was always good. This is the only place, I feel, where the items are extremely fair priced and they are not overly used (trashy, for lack of a better word) toys and clothes. My last trip, the lady was super busy with the phone ringing off the hook and every person that came in had things to sell. She was polite and not overwhelmed. Once I got my things checked out, she helped me to my car - I had 2 bags, a fussy toddler in a stroller, and a huge toy truck. She didn't have to help, but she took time and that's what will keep me coming back. Thanks...
