Dec,2nd 2023This was the worse I have ever been treated. I was lied to about my charges and my finances told if I buy the things I was quoted the friday I was there the prices would not b avalible to me the following monday.i was lied to and told I would b charged an amount but when the check out I was told the price was more than they quoted me.i told them I did not need delivery but the sales man charged me anyway I ask about both charges and told them I did not agree with the charges the salsman told the check out lady to charge me I needed it and I told her I didn't want it but she listened to the salesman in stead of me. I didn't get what I wanted I was told by the sales man I didnt need a headboard and footboard that goes with the set that was advertized. He priced the set individually and I didn't get a bedroom suite. The one I wanted that was on sale as a 3 piece set. When I was exhausted I wanted to lesve and leave and come back the following monday I was told if I did the prices would not b avalible on monday.altho the advetizment on my email said they were extending the sale another weak. I was lied to and charged more than I agreed to and I was forced to get the premium delivery when I told them I did not want it the sales man who had me pretty much intimidated by the things he told me.about my account and my financing. The salesman also told the lady I the prices changed because the color which I was being over charged listen to him instead of me he told her I needed the delivery charge I told her no but she listen to the sales man that lied to me about everything he told me the worse experience ive ever had. Trying to buy a bedroom suir that was advertized in a 3 piec3 set and got priced induvidully for all the dresser and the sales man told me i didnt need a headboard and the foot board but tryed to get me to buy a box spring and metal highest price frame instead i was so distrought and lied to about the charges.i was fausly charged for a delivery i didnt want but was told i needed it. Never will i allow a sales person to lie and charge me more than he promised.by telling me what i needed and whay i didnt intimidated by the way he told me my account would b charged anything he wanted to finance the accout and that he would b the one that determind my payments and how long i had to pay in full.i was so nervous about my account being financed ,i had store credit,didnt understand why it could b financed too.some kinda scare tactic or staight up lies an deception .my account was not a finance it was put on my credit.and the salesman said otherwize. BUt they cant charge me for things i was over charged for and didnt want.he has no leverage over my account but from what he told me then i didnt know what was happening to my account until i told my credit card bank account sycrony what had been told to me about my account but they told me hhe had lied.they handle my account.not him.and took care of the charges i didnt want but was charged any way grand needs to weed out there salesmen that aare not honest with there customers. ANd try to intemidate people lieing and theatning there finances that they are not in control of there own accounts i dont understsnd anyone who lie to get there way in a bussiness ,customer relationship.    Read moreMy original order was delivered incorrectly. I ordered the Albany Pewter chaise sofa along with matching ottoman. I received a toffee colored sofa with the Albany pewter ottoman. 2 different colored pieces. My grandmother was at my home for the delivery since I was at work and she didnât catch the difference. When I came home and saw this mistake I immediately called the store in Johnson City. JR my sales rep said he would correct the problem and I would have to wait another week for the correct sofa. I have only had this set for less then a month. The ottoman and my pillows have ripples in them. The pillows have become flat along with my ottoman. I pickef these pieces because they were thick,soft, and fluffy in store. The couch is hard! I am only 105lbs and when I get up from the couch there is an imprint of where I just was sitting. This furniture is deteriorating in less then a month! I didnât even receive a follow up call from sales person to see if I was happy with my order and if everything was correct with my order. Horrible customer service! Update- 8/24/18 After writing this review their manager reached out to me. I went to the store to share my photos with him. I showed him how the chaise was sinking and wrinkling as well as the ottoman. He placed a new order for the same couch but different pattern. He said heâd call me with the delivery times. I didnât hear anything so I decided to call a week later. An older lady answered the phone and wasnât very nice when I asked to talk to the manager. She said point blank he doesnât work on Wednesdayâs. So I called back on Thursday. I finally spoke with him and he scheduled it to be delivered last Saturday. Well Saturday comes around and I get a call from a lady in the warehouse stating there is a hole in the couch so it wonât be delivered. She would get a new couch delivered next Saturday. Well that Saturday is tomorrow and I didnât get a confirmation call so I took it upon myself to call the store. I spoke to the same older lady that answered the phone last time and she told me that they donât have my couch there. The couch was never on the delivery list for it to be brought to their warehouse. I asked her why wasnât it entered in when the error was found with the couch. She said âThatâs what Iâm doing nowâ. She made me feel like it was my fault. She told me Iâm on the delivery for next Saturday. My question is why wasnât I added last week when they found the mistake with the couch. Since the lady was very short and angry it seems towards me, so I decided to call the 1800 customer service number. The representative was very nice and said the manager would contact me.    Read moreI came into the store very stressed out because I had a whole apartment to furnish literally that day. The man who helped me was so sweet and kept me updated on the price range of everything I was looking at I was able to furnish our whole apartment from one store in one day, and they made the experience enjoyable. I canât wait to get my furniture delivered! 10/10 def will be back!
Edit: ok so I hate to do this but this has gotten ridiculous. As I said above I furnished my whole 2 bedroom apartment at this location. I picked everything out that I wanted, the salesman I was working with knew that I wanted to get everything done at one store, quickly. He checks the computer and tells me that everything I picked out is âin stockâ I say great! Letâs do it! They set my delivery date for about a week later which I didnât love but I was fine with. Delivery day comes and everything is delivered except for my recliner for my living room, the delivery guys were great, they didnât seem to have very much information about it so i just called the store a week or 2 later and asked about it, I was told that the shipment still hadnât come in, well I was leaving for vacation like the next day or soon after so I told the man I would call him when I got back, he said cool hopefully theyâll be in by then if not we can see about getting you the floor model. I said thatâs fine we can do that (at this point I just want my recliner. I paid for it on junev14th!) so I get back, call the store, a lady answers and says that she will have the man I dealt with call me back (not sure why she couldnât have helped me at all but it was pretty clear she wasnât going to) well he never called me back. So now I have to wait til tomorrow when they open to find anything out, hopefully. This is a mess. A month and a half later and I still donât have my recliner that I was told was âin stockâ I just canât help but feel like I was told it was in stock so I didnât decide to go elsewhere to make this very large purchase. I also wonder if a man would have been treated the same way. Very disappointed. Also just another small point. Nobody from the store ever called me to let me know my recliner wasnât going to be delivered with the rest of my items. Just a casual âwe donât have itâ basically from the delivery guys.
