Big Lots — Local services in Johnson City

I’m glad this place is closing down because it’s disgusting. I guess everyone’s just given up on keeping it clean. I had no choice but to use the bathroom with my young children in tow and the men’s bathroom was out of order… yikes. The women’s bathroom was absolutely filthy, with unknown colored markings on the walls, floors, toilet, and trash can, and my young children wanting to touch and lay on it all. EVEN WORSE, I go to wash mine and my children’s hands and there’s absolutely no soap in the dispenser, meaning no one that has taken a ** in this building has properly washed their hands afterwards. I could have thrown up and cried. I didn’t even want to look around afterwards. There was a shelf of soap on sale for .60 cents but I guess they couldn’t bother to put some in there so they could have clean hands after wiping their nether region. YUCK!!!! Decent store clean well stocked but only 2 stars because of rude and unorganized employee. I went in on a Sunday after receiving several email to buy some stuff and get my free sanitary wipes only to be told they weren't aware of the promotion. No sorry no apology even after I showed the email she was matter of fact and said I don't know anything about it. I mean really why send me 3 emails to remind me and then refuse to give the product. If they need customers so bad they have to deceive them with fake give aways ill take my business somewhere else. I'm sure they don't care since they don't bother to follow through with...

I love Big Lots. Always find amazing deals on things. Love to find that little gem super cheap as well. This particular location has an extremely large selection of sofas and chairs. I really like that I am fully able to look at my product before I buy it instead of ordering. Nice selection of mattresses and if you keep an eye out they constantly have a good deal for example they have specials where you can buy mattress and get the box spring free.
