Had a system installed by them and they broke my battery terminal fuse and said I had a bad Amp and that my computer must have gotten fried from it . I was sceptical and asked if he had insurance. He informed me he did not have insurance " never needed it before" and that it would be out of my pocket I had my truck towed , I finally had it diagnosed found out what it was took my stuff up to hotwire car audio were he checked my amp and said it was fine and that he has to do rework for the guy all the time. Save yourself the money and just get it done right. Remember he's not insured if he burns your car your screwed. Read moreGot 8’ sub & amp installed. The amp and sub will not turn off unless I unplug the speaker wire. If the speaker wire is plugged in the check engine light comes on…. Unplug the battery and unhook the speaker wire, check engine light goes off.. After paying over 100$ they tell me I’ll have to get a new radio unit for it to work correctly. After calling multiple car audio locations , I have been informed that this is a wiring issue and a new radio unit is not required, something is wired in the wrong spot.. Never got a call so go back around closing time to the workers trying to jump start my vehicle saying they cannot get my truck to start back. Ended up having them call a tow truck and having the dealership deal with it. Dealership said Amp'd audio didn't plug something back in on my radio which caused the issue.
