Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I would give no strars if possible. We ordered from Sonic in Jonesboro AR. On Nettleton AVE today, and not only did it take 45 minutes for them to bring our food, (2 burgers, and a order of cheese sticks) when they brought it out it was cold, and they did not read our order to us nor had the receipt on the bag, also told us they did not have the receipt with them. They then asked if they forgot our drinks that we didn't have. We were missing a burger.(also while waiting other customers pulled up to screens to order, and got their food first) Then it took an additional 5 minutes for them to bring it out. We then asked for the manager. When Destiny Blackman came out she was extremely rude, and said she didn't know if she could refund or compensate us then went inside to "figure it out". We waited another 5 minutes, and no one came out. Considering all our food was already cold, we did not wait any longer. The food was so cold, and old it was not something we could eat. Both my husband, and I worked at sonic for 3+ years, and have NEVER seen or experienced this before. We know how it's supposed to be ran, and this is UNACCEPTABLE. We will not be going back, and thought you should know what that location is up to, and that it needs better employees, and management. I don't even want to give one star. My family and I eat at Sonic a lot. Its usually a great place to go. Food is good and the people are friendly. On the evening of January 16 I went to get food from Sonic. It was a horrible experience. From start to finish it was a bad experience. There were only three customers and it took around 15 minutes before anyone took my order, I almost left them, wish now that I would have. The person who took my order wasn't friendly at all. It was was like I was bothering her. She made me repeat everything I said, it was like a joke to her. The girl who brought me the food was not friendly at all. I was parked next to a black GMC SUV. You could smell the weed coming from the vehicle. Out pops this guy who is wearing sonic uniform and he goes inside, probably the cook because the food was terrible. Everything was cold. I ask for mustard pickles and onion on my burgers, no onion on any of them. My onion rings were old cold and in little pieces. The biggest one was about the size of a quarter and they were so hard you couldn't eat them. The following afternoon I called and the manager was rude as well. Ok true enough I didn't know Sonic on Nettleton has stopped serving their breakfast biscuits.... I learned I as looked at the menu and asked the order taker today. I didn't want to but I ordered a BE&C breakfast toaster. Specifically asked for grape jelly or jam which ever they have. Got my food piping hot and fresh So as I drove off I pulled back in after I realized I had no jam , jelly or ketchup. I reordered jelly and ketchup, guy order takers say "I'll bring it right out". I sat there over 5 minutes waiting and then another voice just automatically said (i didnt even push the button for this one) welcome to sonic may I take your order please. I replied by saying "I just ordered grape jelly and ketchup"... we'll have it right out they said. I sat for 4 more minutes and nothing has been delivered. What a freakin waste!!!! Not going back there either!!! Having to drive home to another destination for ketchup and jelly or doing without is the biggest inconvenience EVER!!!! Keep in mind there only a few cars there.
