Pagans jewelry store is Absolutely the best jewelry store in jonesboro! I walked into the jewelry store this morning and was quickly greeted by two very lovely associates, they were all so very helpful and kind. Christopher (if I spelled his name right) he was super helpful & knowledgeable about what I needed done to make my ring look brand new again & I've had it for 2 and a half years. He was also able to help me pick out two diamond wedding bands that match my ring perfectly! I had to get my old ring cleaned really good, polished & Rhodium done to it to make it look ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!! He even fixed the 4 prongs on top that kept snagging on everything. I dropped it off around 10:30/11:45ish AM, and it was ready to be picked up later that same day.they were also helpful enough to help me pick out my husbands new silicone ring (he cant have metal due to his type of work) hes a roofer so he uses his hands all day and any metal ring dont last. He used to have a silicone ring from there he had it 5 years before it got lost from Roofing so this is why he will only buy rings from Pagans! He ABSOLUTELY loves his new silicone band. I definitely give them a 10/10 rating for amazing customer service and customer satisfaction!! 😊💍💎 for any of you're jewelry needs go to pagans jewelry in jonesboro!! I can't wait to come back to get my two diamond wedding bands 💍💎 They have amazing jewelry at fantastic prices!!!! Thanks again for everything yall did for me, I appreciate it 🤗 This is the only jewelry store I will be coming to from now on, Amazing staff, they do everything they can to help you get what you...
Read moreDecember 10, 2021 our home west of Steele was destroyed by the EF 4 tornado that had destroyed the nursing homes in Truman and Monette. We lost everything but our lives. I lost my wedding ring, a dinner ring, and an antique 1910 platinum diamond and ruby ring that was Mrs. Sanders. In 2010 Mr. Pagan had remade the ring for us because the platinum was wearing thin. It was absolutely gorgeous. Had he not been able to remake it I probably would have left it the safe. I wore it everyday and was so pleased with the beautiful work Mr. Pagan had done. I had pictures of this ring and Mr. Pagan is making me another one. I’ve seen the work he has started and it is perfect. I found out through a friend he donated money that FBC was taking up for us. I didn’t have a good picture of my wedding ring or he would be making that for me, too. We did find the most beautiful halo diamond wedding set and he had it sized for me the next day. He is also adding a pear shaped diamond to a horse shoe ring I have had for 40 years. He showed me how it would look and it will be gorgeous. His work is perfection and I would never consider going to another jeweler. He is also one of the nicest men we have ever met. Gary and...
Read moreThis is a horrible company! I would not recommend going to them for anything. We took family jewelry to Pagan’s to have it restored. The ring was a family ring that was older so we paid to have the ring repaired, including the prongs and shank, and have the ring resized. Despite telling them my ring size (which they argued with me and we had to have the ring resized the second time after paying for them to resize it the first time) and explaining how special the ring was, they RUINED our ring. The son is rude and unappreciative of people trying to give them business. No one in there was helpful or listened to our concerns. Less than 2 years later, we are having to repay someone else to fix the ring that WE ALREADY PID TO HAVE FIXED! Not to mention that after Pagan’s fixed my ring, a diamond fell out and I was told to “not worry about it” and that it “happens all the time”. They have done nothing but give us problems. We have had several jewelers look at the ring and they all say that the repair job was not done correctly and we were scammed. If you want to keep your diamonds and actually get your money’s worth, don’t...
