I came in around 7:15p.m., my partner and I were the first in line. We waited for a bit looking at the menu for someone to come to the register. A few others walked in behind us in that time. Our cashier came out and asked who all wanted burgers. My partner ordered a burger and I responded I wanted a bowl. She told me she wanted to go ahead and get the burger orders behind me. Rude and unnecessary but okay. I waited for her for fulfil the 3 burger orders behind me. She asked me if it was for here or to go. I responded it was for here. She asked me what TYPE of bowl I wanted. To which I responded I did not know what the options were-the menu just read 'bowl'. She explained I could have a base of rice or tortilla. I explained I prefer a beans. She looked at me like I was crazy. I was a little embarrassed at this point. Maybe I am mistaken, does the bowl option not consist of multiple items of your choosing thrown together on a tin platter? I asked if I could have a bean base instead? Again to which she looked at me wild and explained my options. I was flustered at this point, I asked her to give me a burger instead-white bun. I had to walk away and allow my partner to complete the order. Imagine if I would have had a speech or hearing disability and was treated this way, thankfully I do not. I sat down at one of the 8 empty and uncleaned tables to enjoy my food and watched for the duration of my time. Not once did she repeat the practice of taking the order of someone else behind the customer at the register. Let's not mistake, the food was great. đ B.A. is usually a good experience. However, a good quality customer service representative displays; A positive attitude, Responsiveness, Situational empathy, and Active listening.    Read moreThis was actually my first time here. My wife is a nurse and she asked if I could bring her some lunch and asked for BA. I came in right at 11am as they were unlocking the door. So they were just opening. About 5 customers where here. As I was placing a order for two, because I have heard all the hype about the burger from here so I wanted to try one. As I placed my order at the front I ordered my wife a quesadilla. I donât know what the young man taking my order had going on but he wasnât really here while taking it. I placed my wifeâs order and as I began to place mine he just walked away. And never came back. Luckily a kind young lady working here came over and asked if she could help and I kindly told her I would like to finish my order. She gladly helped. So wasnât the best experience at first for my first time here. Then while waiting for my food since being new to me I was looking around. The floors were discussing. Dead flies all along the windows and corners. I mean stacked up. Then there was food still scattered all over on the floor from the day before. It had never been swept. Again this wasnât at the end of a busy day. They had just opened. Then two different tables I sat at was broken where I had to move.    Read moreI would not recommend BA for catering. I am a Jonesboro native and have grown up enjoying BA. I was so let down when we hired them to cater my reception. They were supposed to deliver our food at 4:30 for a 5 oâclock dinner. We received a call around 5:15-5:30 saying they were late because they dropped the chicken. No big deal mistakes happen. They proceeded to show up around 5:45 and start unloading the van to realize they forgot the chips. So they had to run back to BA and back across town. To make a long story short I did not get my full catering order until 6:30-6:45.
