Firehouse Subs Jonesboro — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I ordered the Italian sub, my food from the app to go. Went in to get it and everything was fine and on time. Once I started eating it about half way into the sandwich and long blonde/brown hair was inside the sandwich… I pulled it out and tried to give them benefit of doubt and not get sick considering I spent $12 on it. When I was almost done with the sandwich there were 2 hairs. One was almost tangled up inside and in the melted cheese. Not sure how that happened. I’ve never had this experience at a firehouse subs and I go there quite a bit. I can see maybe 1 hair on accident but when there are 2 or 3 and melted into the cheese… that’s nasty. I went one night, got home, and my sandwich was made wrong. I called and was told to come back tomorrow, and they would remake my sandwich. Went back the next day(I was dining in this time). I was told the best they could do is take my name and address down and mail me a card for a free sandwich. I'm still waiting on the card . Had to take my sandwich back twice because it wasn't made correctly both times. When I'm home, I visit this place. The staff there is greeting me from the moment I walk in. I always have the Italian fully involved. I can't say enough about this restaurant. The rest of the sandwich shops in this town really need to take notice!!! I've been to all of the ones that I'm told are better. They don't exist folks!! The staff, management and the food is #1! They've come to know me pretty good and I always brag about them. Whoever the owner is..... I want you to know I love it there.
