Pizza Inn — Restaurant in Jonesboro

Pizza was not what I ordered them when the "manager" came to the window she apparently had no manager training what so ever she rolled her eyes and refused to make the pizza I had ordered on the phone .The only special service I had ask for was light on sauce and she made them where the sauce was puddling on top of the toppings on the pizza then tried to tell me that was light on sauce. I had already taken pizza home twice before this trip and we couldn't eat the pizza because of the amount of sauce on the pizza so being this would have been the third experience that this would have happened all I said to the man at the window was that I had ask for light sauce and these are not light on sauce the manager who was the one making the pizzas came over to the window threw a fit and told me she would not remake the pizza then turned around and was going to take the pizza and not give me a refund until I said to her you can give me back the pizza or you can give me a refund she turned half way around and made a duck face and paused a good 30 seconds before saying I'll give you a refund then went and got someone else to come refund me so I was out my time waisted by then it was nearly 9 pm I have a family to feed I was out my gas money to go up there only to be treated badly. I was a long term customer who has been going there for many years and never had a problem until she started making the pizzas and because of her bad attitude I won't be back i have only been going there for 20 years or so but not anymore . I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM this location again. My kids usually love their pizzas so I order from there ALL the time. I always get the same exact thing. Two medium pizzas for both of my girls and a large buffalo chicken pizza for myself and my husband. The buffalo chicken pizza we received today hardly had any chicken and a very small amount of sauce. I was told that I was wrong because they've been weighing their ingredients when I know what it's supposed to be like because I order it all the time. I asked my family to each bite a piece and it was bland due to lack of ingredients. I was told by I'm assuming the manager that they would remake me HALF of a pizza and sent it to my house and made me give the other one back. BEWARE because they have horrible customer service and as someone who orders there so often, I will not be ordering from there again. I have never falsy complained about anything. Not to mention last time we were in there because my kids wanted to get out of the house, we had to leave and go to the other location because everything on the buffet was old and there was not one table that was clean to sit at. I placed an online order and after noticing that my debit card was way overcharged I called to see why and was told I never placed an order. After speaking to a very rude manager on the phone, I arrived at the store to show them where they emailed me my order conformation and where they had overcharged me. After waiting for them to reboot their computer so they could see if I really ordered anything even after showing them, they started cooking my order which they then burnt and had to cook again. I was told I'd have to call the main office to get them money they overcharged me that the store was not able to do it. I then got home with my pizza for my family and it was wrong. I call the main office today and the line is busy constanly. I called the store back and spoke with antoher manager who said they would have Penny call me and that has never happened either. In all my life this is absoutly the worst experience I have ever had with a resturant. I was treated horribly, got overcharged, the wrong order, and no one even cares seems like they do this alot.
