Great apartment but not for younger adults. I watched numerous younger people evicted over the smallest of things due to their multiple rules unlike that of normal apartments. I was harassed for watching TV in my living room , playing music or even walking “too loudly” and given 2/2 warnings (which never rolls off, regardless of if there’s a 9month gap in between). The curtesy officer himself stated my tv was not loud, Dana still counted it as a warning on my record with the facility. Upon moving out I had a package shipped there on accident. When I called to ask if anyone had moved into my old place and if they or myself could check for my package I was told they can’t disclose that information and that since they now have gates I am not allowed on the property to even check if my package is outside and to file a claim with the shipper (even if my package is sitting right outside) They were extremely unhelpful with me my entire stay. Jennifer, however, the original manager I signed with was great but the new management is extremely unprofessional and lacks any compassion for their tenants or past tenants. I brought 3 tenants to them and still no help at all. I will be letting everyone know alternate living places to stay , that include more leniency and...
Read moreThey've been great here. These apartments make you forget that they are just that and I often feel like I'm in a home. Some of the rules are a lil much but at the same time I can understand, they want to keep these remaining beautiful. It's homy and it sure makes me thankful for warm indoors especially in the current conditions. Brrr! #iloathwinter other than that it's a great place to live. We are also in process of becoming a city w/in a City. Currently have a state of the art Malco theater 🎥( featuring spacious leather reclining seats with the convenience of food snack, and drinks to order to your seat, so no more missing movies. Bathrooms tho🤔, please do that in the appropriate room. Also hopefully opening this summer 2021 is The Social (coffee, lounge, bowl, food and food). With that we will eventually have access to more resturants and shopping centers all within walking distance. Now for those of us that work late nights, the gym is officially open 24hrs, so we can now maintain our physique. 🤗💪🦵😷 and no, I don't work here posting all these comments, Iam a resident who just really enjoys...
Read moreMy roommates and I have lived at The Landing for about 6 months now. We honestly cannot think of any nicer apartments to live in in Jonesboro. The community is small and quiet, but also quite involved with the town! Very close to campus and lots of shops/restaurants. The staff at The Landing also really care about their residents, which has definitely set them apart from other places we've lived. A great clubhouse, fun give-aways, opportunities to give back to the community, etc. keep the residents engaged here! As for the apartments themselves, they are spacious, modern, and fancy! We really love how easy these apartments are to clean, which doesn't seem like something you'd consider but is definitely helpful when it does come time to clean (especially if you have pets or kids). As graduate students, we have found this place to be affordable for university students if you are comfortable splitting the costs with roommates. Overall, we're so happy that we moved here and looking forward to the rest of...
