Lost Pizza Co. Hilltop — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I was picking up an order there for another party I don't know what they spent but I'm picking up an order perspective either way and no matter if you're sure it's yours someone else's or you're working for doordash bicycle I whatever it is you do use they turned around and got got me Baron told me that is going to be 10 minutes then they told me that after that 10 minutes without that I would have to wait another 20 minutes because the pizza head just then been put in the oven when I did previously been put the oven 10 minutes ago and then there's still about another 25-30 minutes before I got the food so I feel like I just said they are good restaurant but their customer handling skills could definitely use some improvement and maybe be a little bit more truthful with the person they're talking to and just tell him that you're busy and that you know a maybe 30 minutes more than get 10 minutes. 10 minutes. 30 minutes later get your food need to wait 5 minutes to get your food then to not the appropriate answer to give customers or anyone that does...

The decor and atmosphere was pretty awesome. The food was not so awesome.

We ordered at the cash register and then took our seat with out number. That's when my wife pointed out that it didn't smell like a pizza place. It was a weird observation, but it bugged me the more we sat there. No idea why it bothered me at all.

We had the Lucille. An interesting take on a chicken bacon ranch pizza that fell short of the mark. It has fresh tomatoes on it, but they tasted somewhat green compared to what I would usually expect on a pizza. I didn't take to it with the chicken and bacon though. It felt like I was eating two different pizzas together instead of one well thought combination of toppings. But again I blame the ripeness of the tomatoes. It probably tastes much better with better tomatoes.

My daughter liked her cheese pizza well enough, but nothing specific to comment on it (we each have our favorite place for cheese pizza and this sadly wasn't enough to approach any of ours).

If I end up here again, I'll try the wings instead. Supposedly they are...

Newest update: 12/6/24. Tried to order delivery and my road is now outside of their new “zones.” Called to clarify and this is a change from two weeks ago I was told. The road next to me which is actually farther in mileage is still in there zone. This place has decent food but just doesn’t want actual business. Long time customer gone.

Lost is one of our favorite pizza places and we ate/ordered at the SW drive location weekly. We now live on the north side of town and use Hilltop quite frequently. Delivery at the hilltop location has been up and down. However if significantly delayed they are quick to try and fix the situation. We have not dined in at this location but hopefully will get to soon. 5 stars for food and service/3-4 stars for delivery.

2023 Update: delivery continues to go downhill. Over an hour the last 3 times and cold twice. Just pick it up yourself if you want pizza from here.

Online ordering often doesn’t work even though the southwest drive location does. Many times I just order from somewhere else because it says not...
