Mamasang Sushi & Grill — Restaurant in Jonesboro

Im only giving 2 stars b/c I was not in a hurry and received my food (Part of it anyways)and it was good-sushi. Went there to meet friend on their lunch break; I got there early to find a table...which they were busy so it tool a bit. We (two of us eating) ordered just a few things...rice and sushi. I got my sushi but my friend who was on her lunch break did not. When asked, the waitress said it was coming. About 10 min later-when my friend needed to be leaving for work-they STILL hadnt put her sushi order in, nor our rice was received. She was LIVID. Nk excuse. New waitresses or not...get it together. I would have been PISSED. Hope it-s gotten...

I was looking forward to a nice dinner based on previous reviews but I left disappointed. I'll start with the positive - staff was very friendly and our server was great. Sadly the roll wasn't great. My main dish was the rainbow roll. It was the standard 8 pieces but about half the size of any rainbow roll I have eaten at dozens of other restaurants. I enjoy coming here. The food is amazing and I go often. I honestly have to leave 2 stars off though because every time we do sushi for take out it’s like pulling teeth to get them to give you ginger and wasabi. Instead they give me all this yum yum sauce I don’t even want. Most of the time I just do without because it’s a pain to ask and the majority of the time when I ask they still won’t give me any.
