Insomnia Cookies — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I have visited a few other Insomnia Cookies locations in other cities but this was my first visit to the one in Jonesboro. It is similar to the other locations I have been to and offers the basic cookies, deluxe cookies, and seasonal or limited time cookies. Like other cookie bakeries, you pay less the more you order. In addition to cookies, they serve ice cream and soft drinks too. I ordered a 4 pack of the deluxe and they were a little more than $16 during my visit. They were served warm, seemed fresh, and tasted good.

The reason I deducted a star was because the shop is very small and when it is busy you are either bunched up in the store or lined up on the outside of it. Also, the cookies are on the thinner side so they fall apart pretty easily and can become messy in the process. Overall, good dessert...

I have ordered 3 dozen cookies from this location twice, once last fall and again today, 2/28/2025. Both times only 1 dozen was delivered but I was charged for 3 dozen. Both times I had to call and request the rest of my cookies and both times I had to wait another 30 minutes. Neither time was I told any type of refund would be issued. Just a "oh sorry we will get those back out to you". I am ordering this as a treat on Friday for employees...I guess I need to find a new treat. How disappointing when you tell everyone you are providing cookies and then they are NOT delivered. Very disappointed in the service and lack of concern that the order was wrong, not once, but twice to the same person at the same...

Delicious chaos! We went on a Saturday evening and the place was bumpin. We stood outside the door for a minute while looking at the menu because a line out the door. It wasn't long before we were in the door, but that's when we saw the reason for the line. Yes, the cookies are delicious, but this place can only hold about 4.3 customers if we all suck it in. That and there was a constant flow of patrons. The staff seemed beat, but they were still very friendly, and they were really cranking out the orders. I feel as if Insomnia built this place not expecting the success they received. As I said, the cookies are delicious and you should do yourself a favor and get yourself a variety...
