Crumbl — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I recently became a "Regular"... Oct.13th, I decided I was going There for a big birthday 'Cupcake', it was my co-workers 30th wink Birthday @work SOooo, I thought cupcakes lol ... Turns out, they don't make cupcakes after all, the name "Crumbl Cookies" should have been the hint lol, but anywho... Firstly, as I entered the threshold, I was greeted by the Entire team, around 8-10 of them! The sweet young lady, sorry didn't catch her name, but she sold the fact; Cookies make great Bday treats too! Lol The welcome felt genuine, so Kudos on treating/training/creating your 'A+ team' as {I'm quite sure} , family, it's in the air. Delightfully, cozy, comforting space, where the "Love" radiates into these -not so crumbly- Tastebud pleasing, extremely addictive, treats. Oh my, these folks definitely bake the love into the mix, and it shows in these magical cookies.

I know lots of people who love their products. I, personally, do not. I have tried by tasting several options, but can't take more than a small bite or two before tasting what?...baking soda maybe? I don't know what it is, but it tastes like baking soda to me. Not bashing, because, like I said, most people I speak with about them say they love their cookies! Thats why I have tried them more than once, thinking perhaps they just didn't get mixed up well enough to incorporate all the ingredients the first time I tried them. I wish I did like them because they look fantastic and would be perfect to place in gift baskets, but I won't give something I wouldn't enjoy receiving! Anyway, that's my 2 cents....

Good little cookie spot. I like that they have a rotating, weekly menu although it seems the basic chocolate chip is on it weekly. The cookies being served warmed is also a nice touch. The cookies are a bit pricey at over $4 a pop but they are also quite big cookies too. They also serve ice cream although I have not tried the ice cream from any of the locations I have visited, including this one. This location just opened so the lines can be long but they seem to move fairly quickly. The wait can be long if they run out of certain flavors but that may be due to the crowds overwhelming the place since it's recent opening.

Overall not bad and will stop by again once the crowds...
