Cato Fashions — Local services in Joplin

I use to love Cato but the Joplin store is the worst store I've visited. I understand they don't have public restrooms but the Springfield stores have installed restrooms for the public. Since I was just told no I can not use their restroom, I put the things back that I was going to purchase and wasn't able to continue shopping. Because of how this store treats us without kindness, I will pay off my card and cut it up! Joplin ppl at Cato is not changing to good customer service and I will no longer shop there. Kohls deserves...

Every time I go to this location I am greeted with nasty glares and very unpleasant nasty nice remarks from the women working here. I feel as though I am just being tolerated as a customer beneath the grunts, groans, and grumbles under their breath. It is not a very pleasant shopping experience when you are not appreciated...

First off as a women that has problems finding clothes that fit my curvy shape and worth the price amazing the ladies are perfect and made me feel so comfortable and confidant and gave me there honest opinions on what i tried on i highly recommend them...
